The cover provides a slow payment solution so should a tenant pay late every month of their lease, Rentshield will pay out a claim within 48 hours so that the landlord does not experience a cash-flow problem. As an added benefit, Rentshield completes a thorough credit check on all tenants who apply to lease your property. This helps to ensure that only quality tenants are placed, increasing the value of your property or portfolio.
